Cheese Quiche

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbsp flour
1 1/2 cups milk
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup finely chopped cooked mushrooms (optional)
1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
1/4 tsp saltpepper to taste
9 inch unbaked pie crust

Toss flour with cheese and and onions. Combine beaten eggs with milk,salt, pepper and mix well. Stir cheese, onions and mushrooms. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set. Serves 6-8.
