Chicken & Rice Casserole

1 cup rice
2 cups water
1 stick butter
2 cups chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 large can evaporated milk

Mix rice and water together. Put in 9x13 pan and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir in butter. Mix soup and evaporated milk. Add chicken and stir in rice. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
