Breakfast Wild Rice & Sausage Casserole

2 pkgs. Uncle Ben's long-grain and wild rice
2 lbs pork sausage
1 c. mushroom pieces
3/4 c slivered almonds
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lg. chopped onion
2 T butter

Cook rice, brown sausage and onions (drain). Add almonds and remaining ingredients. Spray 9x13 casserole dish. Bake at 350 uncovered for 45 minutes. Serves 24.
