California Cole Slaw

1 small head shredded cabbage
1 small white onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2-3 tbsp white sugar or 1-2 tbsp of splenda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil

Combine and chill overnight. It's a sweet and sour cole slaw. Very good. You can decrease the vinegar and the oil to make it less sour or decrease the sugar to make it less sweet.
